Field notes
- Confirm the exact EST4 node/device context before troubleshooting a displayed trouble.
- Use EST4-specific terminology and Rulescript syntax; do not substitute EST3 examples.
- Document and restore every temporary disable before returning the system to service.
Use the exact generation. Similar model names can have different hardware, firmware, menus, programming tools, device support, and service procedures.

The button carries Edwards EST4 into the AI question so a short field question like “what does audio riser trouble mean?” keeps the exact panel context.
